Becoming a mother is a huge transition in your life and brings with it big changes to all parts of your life.
Your identity and sense of self can be one of the biggest areas that you notice this change.
This change in your identity can leave you questioning "who am I now" and feeling like you have lost yourself in motherhood.
Finding Me In Motherhood is a four week, guided journey back to you. A journey to reconnect to who you are now and who you are becoming.
Unfolding: Why we feel like we 'lose' ourselves in motherhood.
Reconnect: Reconnecting to you.
Explore: Your values, needs, desires and vision.
Becoming: Being and integrating all parts of you.
Each week you will recieve access to short video lessons, a meditation journey and a worksheet with prompts for you to explore.
We will meet weekly as a group to share our reflections from the weeks content.
Access to a community of other mothers participating in the course, and daily support from me.
Right now you might be in the 'messy middle' of feeling like you are now who you used to be, but not sure who you are now.
I remember this feeling.
As a mother of four I have been in this liminal space several times.
I remember the feeling of feeling like I was lost in motherhood when my eldest was three (almost 20 years ago) , and then again after my third child was born 7 years ago.
You can reclaim a sense of feeling like you know who you are, a connection to yourself and more joy in motherhood.
Join us in Finding Me In Motherhood : A Journey Back To You, we start Monday 8th November 2021.
Enrollment closes Thursday 4th November 11pm AEDT
