I see you, feeling exhausted and depleted.
I see you in deep need of replenishment but not sure how to fit it in.
I see you giving to everyone else but not yourself. Not in a way that feels nourishing.
I see you not even sure what would feel nourishing anymore, and when you finally make time for you, you are not sure what to do and end up scrolling or doing something for someone else.
I see you thinking that it feels like another thing on your To Do list but this is designed to be practical and realistic to do as a mum.
I want it to feel like an experience of re-prioritising your wellbeing, not a course that you never complete.
I want you to feel and experience the difference it can make to have simple, doable practices that you can implement into your life now, not just read or listen to a list of ideas and put them in the one day box. This is why you will find guided audio practices that you can just press play on as well as a guidebook with written practices and journaling prompts. You use what you need or feel drawn to, you cannot 'fail' at this.
I want you to experience the feeling of being able to press play on an audio and have 5 minutes of time for you that feels nourishing.
I want you to experience what it feels like to take care of you.
I want you to know how it feels.
I want you to know that it can be simple. It can be quick. It also doesn't need to look like time away from your children.
There is also an option to upgrade to have voice and text messaging 1:1 support with me Monday to Friday to support you while you are working through Held.

I'm Brielle and I will be your supporter and guide for the twelve weeks together in Held.
I am a mum of four, aged from 4 up to 23, and a qualified Social Worker and Life Coach with additional training in Motherhood Studies, Circle facilitation, Birth Story Listening and Mindful Early Parenting Group space-holding.
Most importantly, I have been where you are. I have been in the space, many times, of realising that I have not prioritised my own wellbeing and was exhausted, depleted and needed to start looking after myself again, just not knowing what I need or how to make time for it. I have experienced the difference that it makes to my life, my wellbeing, my parenting, my relationships when I start prioritising myself and want all mothers to experience this too.
