This immersion is for you, or for anyone who wants a nourishing experience over the Winter season and coming into Spring.
Held is not another course that you sign up for and then feel guilty that you cannot keep up with the weekly information. Held is a nourishing space where you will feel held, supported and gently guided by me, a mum of four who has been there. You will receive simple practices to try, guidance, individual and group support.
I want it to feel like an experience of re-prioritising your wellbeing, not a course that you never complete.
I want you to feel and experience the difference it can make, not just read or listen to a list of ideas and put them in the one day box, which is why you will find guided audio practices that you can just press play on as well as a guidebook with written practices and journaling prompts. If all you do is listen to one audio or participate in the open inbox day or the zoom call each module that is enough. You use what you need or feel drawn to, you cannot 'fail' at this.
I want you to experience the feeling of having someone listen to you and really hear you when you get individual support from me on Open Inbox Day each module.
I want you to experience the feeling of having a private community space to share and ask questions.
I want you to experience the feeling of being able to press play on an audio and have 5 minutes of time for you that feels nourishing.

I want you to know that in Held I will provide a space that is nourishing and supportive for you and gently guide you back to prioritising you and your needs.

I'm Brielle and I will be your supporter and guide for the twelve weeks together in Held.
I am a mum of four, aged from 4 up to 23, and a qualified Social Worker and Life Coach with additional training in Motherhood Studies, Circle facilitation, Birth Story Listening and Mindful Early Parenting Group space-holding.
Most importantly, I have been where you are. I have been in the space, many times, of realising that I have not prioritised my own wellbeing and was exhausted, depleted and needed to start looking after myself again, just not knowing what I need or how to make time for it. I have experienced the difference that it makes to my life, my wellbeing, my parenting, my relationships when I start prioritising myself and want all mothers to experience this too.
